Snad is a cloud ERP platform that runs accounting, invoicing, sales, purchasing, inventory, point of sale, HR, asset management and bookings on one shared database, sold as a single subscription with a 30-day free trial.
Snad is an all-in-one business management (ERP) system delivered as a browser-based cloud subscription. Nine apps — Sales, Accounting, Inventory, Point of sale, Purchasing, Calendar and tasks, Human resources, Asset management and Bookings — write to one database, so a sale reduces stock, posts a journal entry and updates reports without anyone re-entering the same figure. Nothing is installed on a local server: the account opens in any browser, and backups and updates are handled by the vendor. Documents are issued as e-invoices with sequential numbering, a QR code and a digital signature, and the vendor states an account can be opened and invoiced from on the same day, with no setup fee.
Every module shares one database, so a single movement propagates across the platform: a cashier records a sale and prints the invoice, the quantity leaves that branch's warehouse, the journal entry posts to the daybook, an e-invoice with sequential numbering and a QR code is issued, and revenue, receivables and profit update in reports the same day rather than at month end.
Snad is freemium. The Starter plan is free with one user and three apps. Basic covers three users and five apps, and Pro covers five users and all apps plus watermark removal and integrations with external applications such as Salla, Zid and Bonat. Additional users cost $5 per user per month on Basic and Pro. Billing is monthly or yearly, with two months free on annual plans and instalment payment available; a 30-day free trial runs on every plan with no credit card required. All nine apps are available on every plan — only the number of users and simultaneously activated apps differ.
Yes. Every plan includes a 30-day free trial with no credit card, and the Starter plan stays free afterwards but is limited to one user and three activated apps.
No. Snad is fully cloud based and opens in a browser on any device, with no office server and no installation; backups and updates are handled by the vendor.
No. You configure the rate that fits your business once and it applies to every invoice that follows, shown separately from net sales. The software applies what you configure; deciding the correct rate stays with your accountant or tax adviser.
Yes — no app is locked behind a higher tier. What differs is how many apps can run at the same time (three on Starter, five on Basic, all nine on Pro) and how many users you have.
Watermark removal is listed as a Pro feature, so documents issued on the Starter and Basic plans carry the watermark until you upgrade.
