- Where an employee stands today, and how much room is left. Three absences, four tardies and one no-call at the worked policy is seven points, one short of the threshold and 87.5% of the way there. The figure that decides whether the next conversation is a warning.
- Every shift and write-up against the employee. Shifts file themselves against the employee with what they scored, the points update in the window, and the write-up cites the policy it came from. Everything exports.
