Tribulys is a French care coordination platform that brings family caregivers and health professionals together around a loved one living at home. It centralizes daily care information, including observations, medication intake, appointments and health measurements, in a shared, timestamped record accessible to invited members.
Key features include a shared care log, medication tracking with missed-dose alerts, a shared calendar for appointments and visits, task coordination, health measurements, an emergency card, private messaging, and a “My Visit” workflow for recording and completing care activities. The platform is available as a progressive web app (PWA), designed for mobile use, and some features can work offline.
Tribulys is intended for family caregivers, including those coordinating care remotely, as well as nurses, doctors, physiotherapists, home helpers and other professionals involved in home care. It helps multiple people stay informed, coordinate responsibilities and maintain continuity between visits.
Typical uses include tracking medication remotely, organizing relay care between caregivers, preparing medical consultations with a shared care history, and keeping essential health information available during emergencies.
Users create a shared “tribe” for the person receiving care and invite family members or professionals by email. Participants can access and contribute to the shared care log, medication information and calendar according to their role.
Tribulys uses a freemium model. The free Essentiel plan includes core features for up to five members, such as the care log, shared calendar, medication tracking, health measurements, important contacts and an emergency card. The Famille plan costs €5.99 per month and adds features including unlimited members, visit workflows, task coordination, private messaging, document storage, health charts, search, PDF export and summaries. Only the person managing the tribe pays; invited members can use the service without their own subscription.
The platform states that it is GDPR compliant, with data hosted in the European Union. Access is limited to invited participants through individual email invitations. Tribulys is available in French and can be used on iOS and Android devices through its PWA.
