Chewbr is a YouTube workflow app that carries a video from filmed to published through a 47-point checklist across five phases.
Chewbr is a finishing system for YouTubers. It takes every job that happens after the camera stops and organizes it into five phases—Plan, Produce, Package, Post, and Promote—with an interactive 47-point checklist so nothing slips between filming and going live. Input an idea and Chewbr outputs a published video with its packaging and promotion tasks done. It works alongside the research and editing tools you already use, runs in the web browser, and is being built by Chris and Corey, two creators who make videos themselves. The free tier is permanent, and the closed beta is aiming for 25 July.
Chewbr walks every video through five phases: Plan (score ideas, research, set date), Produce (script, shoot, edit), Package (thumbnails, titles, description), Post (upload, launch checks), and Promote (community post, Shorts, replies). Each of the 47 checklist steps opens the specific tool or panel it needs, so you tick items in order. The app shows progress through streaks, XP, and a publishing calendar tied to the videos themselves.
Free to start: one channel, three active pieces, no card required. Pro is $24 per month, or $19 per month billed yearly. A one-time $99 Founder package gives lifetime Pro and 11 perks, limited to 100 spots.
Start on the free tier with no card and use the core workflow as long as you like. On Pro, you can cancel in one click; if you're unsure in the first 30 days on monthly, message the team and they'll add two months free so you can decide properly.
The closed beta is coming soon, with no set date yet. Founders get in first, from day one. Everyone on the waitlist gets an email when it opens.
The free tier includes one channel and three active pieces. Pro is $24 a month, or $19 a month billed yearly. You can also back the build once for $99 and get Pro for life while the 100 Founder spots last.
It's the core workflow: Plan (8 steps), Produce (11), Package (12), Post (6), and Promote (10). A tool is embedded directly in each step that needs one, so you stay in the workflow instead of opening multiple tabs.
