Your team reviews and adjusts the draft, then applies its own role costs and billable rates, overhead, direct expenses, contingency, and target margin to build the quote.

The visual timeline keeps tasks, timing, roles, hours, and pricing in the same project model. When the plan is ready, export the reviewed work breakdown, roadmap, and cost summary as a proposal PDF. After approval, carry the work into a simple Kanban workspace, assign tasks, keep comments with the work, track time by project and task, and compare actual hours with the estimate.
