Roadbase is an AI-assisted, quote-first planning platform for creative freelancers and agencies. Paste a project brief or attach a PDF, and Roadbase creates an editable first draft with a project summary, phases, tasks, roles, estimated hours, timing, assumptions, and estimate reasoning. Your team reviews and adjusts the draft, then applies its own role costs and billable rates, overhead, direct expenses, contingency, and target margin to build the quote.
The visual timeline keeps tasks, timing, roles, hours, and pricing in the same project model. When the plan is ready, export the reviewed work breakdown, roadmap, and cost summary as a proposal PDF. After approval, carry the work into a simple Kanban workspace, assign tasks, keep comments with the work, track time by project and task, and compare actual hours with the estimate.
Roadbase is built for creative service businesses handling advertising, branding, design, content, video production, web and app work, and related consulting projects. It provides a structured starting point, not an autonomous final estimate: users remain responsible for scope, feasibility, rates, costs, commercial decisions, and client approval. Roadbase is not accounting, invoicing, CRM, ERP, contract, e-signature, or enterprise resource-planning software.
