Memo is a digital event photo album that collects photos and videos from every guest through a single QR code. The host creates an album, prints a QR card, and places it at the venue. Guests scan it, the browser opens a mobile upload page, and their photos land in one shared album — no app to install, no account to create.
Everything arrives at full resolution (no WhatsApp-style compression), in one place instead of scattered across group chats. Hosts can moderate uploads before they go public, run a live slideshow on the venue screen, split photos into sub-albums (ceremony, reception, after-party), and download the whole album as a ZIP. EXIF and GPS metadata are stripped from every file for privacy, and photos are never watermarked on paid plans.
Memo is built for weddings, baptisms, anniversaries, birthdays, and corporate events — anywhere you want every attendee's photos in one album you keep. It's a one-time payment per event, not a subscription, and the interface is available in English and Romanian.
Why hosts choose Memo
- One QR code, brandable with your logo and colors
- Guests upload photos + video with zero friction — no app, no sign-up
- Full-resolution originals, downloadable as a single ZIP
- Optional moderator approval before photos appear
- Live slideshow on the venue TV (paid plans)
- Sub-albums, print-ready QR cards (A3–A6, 6 styles), and 24 album themes
- Privacy by default: EXIF/GPS stripped, no AI training on your content
- Offline-resilient uploads that resume when the connection returns
What it replaces: WhatsApp group chats that compress and lose photos, USB sticks and Drive links nobody opens, and "wedding apps" that make guests install and sign up (≈40% never do, so the host loses half the photos).
