What if guests don't scan the QR code?

Is Memo private?

Yes. Albums are unlisted by default. All uploaded files have EXIF and GPS metadata stripped. Memo does not train AI on your content.

When should I set up the album?

Anytime before the event. The upload window starts when you create the album and lasts for the duration of your plan (3, 6, or 12 months).

Can I download all photos?

Yes. Download the entire album as a single ZIP file. Individual downloads are also supported. All media is at original quality.
