Happy Oyster AI (also referred to as happyoyster ai and happyoyster) is an open-ended world model for real-time 3D environment generation and interaction. It produces joint audio-video output from multimodal input, maintaining spatial consistency (lighting, gravity, object positions) across entire sessions. The model operates in two modes: Directing Mode (up to 3 minutes, 480p/720p) where users steer scenes via text/voice/image instructions, and Wandering Mode (up to 1 minute, 480p) offering first-person exploration of procedurally expanding worlds. Developed by the team behind HappyHorse, Happy Oyster was announced on April 16, 2026. The world model is currently in development; the platform at happyoysterai.net provides immediate access to Kling, Veo, Seedream, GPT Image, and other AI engines while the world model is on the way.
