Agentmelt is a business automation studio for teams of 10–200 people. It sells ready-made automations for the work that repeats — invoice processing, employee onboarding and offboarding, lead qualification and follow-up, support-ticket triage, subscription dunning, client reporting — and installs them in the client's own tools (n8n, Make, Zapier or code) rather than adding another platform to log into. Clients own everything that is built.
Known prices, no discovery phase. Every automation is a published blueprint with a known price and timeline. The ladder is bought by role: a free workflow template, a kit for $49, an install for $249, the full package for $490, each credited against the next for 30 days. Managed automations ($197–297 a month per process) and custom builds (from $2,000) are offered only when the plan names a reason the standard version will not fit.
The first two steps are free. An automated audit turns three sentences about the work that repeats into a one-page plan with one option and its price, in minutes. There is no call at any step. Where a decision needs human judgment — a discount, an exception, an escalation — the automation stops and asks: the AI step drafts, a person approves.
48 blueprints are live across finance, operations, HR, sales, support and marketing, each with a case study or a worked example. Founded by Max Zeshut, who reviews every plan that goes out and signs off every build.
