PropFade is an AI-powered video editing tool that transforms static real estate listing photos into polished, motion-filled videos with voiceover and captions. It outputs MP4 videos in portrait (9:16), square (1:1), or landscape (16:9) formats, ready for social media, MLS, and websites, in about two minutes.
What is PropFade?
PropFade automates the creation of real estate listing videos from uploaded photos and listing details. You provide 10–30 photos (depending on plan) and a description (price, beds, baths), and it returns a finished MP4 with cinematic camera motion, AI voiceover, auto-generated captions, background music, and branded intros/end cards. It runs entirely in the web browser—no software download required.
Key Features
- AI cinematic camera — Each photo receives a smooth pan or gentle zoom tailored to the room (e.g., slow zoom into kitchen, pan across living room), with optional manual override per shot.
- Voice cloning — Record a short voice sample once (included on Agency and Business plans) to reuse your own voice for every future listing.
- Auto captions — Word-for-word captions synced to the AI voiceover, placed on-screen in a clean, readable style for all platforms.
- Branded templates — Upload your logo once; it appears on every video. Choose from customizable intro, room-label overlay, and end card templates.
- Three output formats — Every plan exports portrait (9:16 for Reels, TikTok, Shorts), square (1:1 for feed posts, email), and landscape (16:9 for listing pages, YouTube, MLS).
- Batch processing — Use your monthly credits to create multiple listing videos in a single session; finished videos are collected together.
- Plan-specific limits — Pro: up to 10 photos, 45 seconds, 5 credits/month; Agency: up to 20 photos, 60 seconds, 10 credits/month; Business: up to 30 photos, 90 seconds, 20 credits/month.
Who is it for?
PropFade is built for real estate agents, brokers, and marketing teams who need to turn listing photos into social-media-ready videos without hiring an editor. It also suits property managers and home stagers who want consistent, branded video content for multiple listings each month.
What can you do with PropFade?
- List a new property — Upload 10–30 photos (MLS shots work fine), enter price and room count, and choose a format to get a 25–90-second video with motion, voiceover, and captions, ready to post directly to Reels, TikTok, or YouTube.
- Maintain brand consistency — Upload your logo and pick a template; every video automatically includes your branding on the intro, overlays, and end card.
- Clone your voice — Record once, and all future listings will use your own voice for the AI narration, saving the time of re-recording each time.
How does PropFade work?
- Pick a format (portrait, square, or landscape) and upload 10–30 photos. 2. Add listing details (price, beds, baths, description). 3. Click render—the AI animates each photo, generates a script and voiceover, adds captions and music, and outputs a standard MP4 in about two minutes.
