The sender dashboard displays a link's status (for example "Ready to Send"), the active protections on the file, and a live reader session showing the page currently on screen and how long the reader has stayed there.

Yes, the Small tier is free forever with 1 seat, 50 documents, 50 active links, 1 GB of storage, a 25 MB per-file limit, and page-by-page analytics. Larger files, video, virtual data rooms, and the NDA gate require a paid plan.

How does the NDA gate work?

Recipients are presented with an NDA agreement before the document opens. Only after signing does the content unlock, and the signature is recorded in the audit trail. The NDA gate is listed on the Large (VDR) tier.

What are the file size limits?

The free Small plan caps files at 25 MB, Medium allows 50 MB per file with 15 GB of storage, and Large provides 100 GB of storage plus video support. Document and active-link counts are capped at 50 and 100 on Small and Medium, unlimited on Large.

Can I use my own domain for shared documents?

Yes, on the Large tier documents are served from a company subdomain such as docs.company.com. The Medium tier instead removes the PaperTrack white-label badge from shared documents.
