JobMate is an AI career coach. Not a job board, and not a one-off tool you use for a week and abandon.

The first module is live: every job gets a fit score out of 100 against your actual background, your resume is tailored per role, we find the right person to reach and draft the outreach, and Otto applies on your behalf. What makes it work is the scoring algorithm and the interview-conversion logic underneath, which balances applying fast, applying direct, and asking for a referral. Nobody has cracked that balance, and it is showing: over 50% of our active users land their first interview within two weeks of signing up.

Applying is module one. Next is interview preparation, then a coaching and mentorship layer that acts as an accountability partner across a whole career, laying out a roadmap and holding you to it. On the business side, employers reach candidates already assessed and vetted through those modules.

Everything out there stops at applying, is built for the US, and is priced for it. We are building the full career arc, priced for India and the Middle East, on models we train in house.

AI is finally good enough to do what a career coach does: read a background properly, judge fit against a specific role, and prepare someone for a real conversation. Career coaching has stayed a luxury good precisely because it had to be delivered one to one, and that constraint just broke.

At the same time, the companies building here have gone after the US and priced for it. India alone has over 43 million students in higher education and only around half of graduates are considered employable, a gap that is far more about not knowing how to apply than about actual skill. Those millions of people, and the equivalent population across the Middle East, are effectively written off by US pricing despite needing this more than anyone. That gap is open now and will not stay open.
