I work in the industry and built this out of pure frustration. For those who have tried hiring a property manager, leasing consultant, or maintenance tech on generic boards like Indeed or LinkedIn, you know the drill: sifting through hundreds of irrelevant resumes just to find one qualified candidate. Hiring in this space is notoriously noisy, so I created a dedicated hub strictly for property management (residential, commercial, HOA, asset management, etc.).
