Honest limits: iPhone only for now, and no tracker can be fresher than the STOCK Act's own filing deadline, which runs up to 45 days.

Who it is for: people who already follow the market and want the filings in the same place as their own positions, rather than in a separate browser tab on a desktop. Coverage is US equities and ETFs.

There is no brokerage connection and no trading inside the app. StockPlus reads public filings and market data, scores what you follow, and tells you when something on your list moves or when a member of Congress you follow files a disclosure. The watchlist and the portfolio are entered by hand, which means nothing is linked to a broker account and nothing is ever executed on your behalf. It is a monitoring tool, not a trading one.
