PPTMaster is an independent web application for turning text-based PDF documents into editable PowerPoint presentations. Upload an English or Chinese PDF, select 6 or 8 slides and choose one of six visual styles. The exported PPTX contains native text, tables where applicable, speaker notes and references to the source PDF. Source excerpts retain the original wording and the app does not translate the document. Users can review the downloaded presentation and make final edits in PowerPoint. PDF inputs are limited to 10 MB and 20 pages. Scanned or image-only PDFs are not supported. An account and a paid generation allowance are required to create a presentation. Public example decks and template previews can be explored before purchase. One-time packs start at $4.90 for one successful presentation, with larger packs and monthly or annual subscriptions available.
The workflow starts in the browser with a PDF upload. The user selects the document language, presentation length and style, then creates a job. Once the job completes, the user can download the editable PowerPoint file from the result or task history. Six style choices include Executive Brief, Technical Blueprint, Editorial Paper, Swiss Grid, Research Notes and Pitch Brief. English and Chinese source documents are supported without promising translation between languages. Source references help readers check the selected excerpts against the original document. This is useful when preparing a short briefing from a report, research document or other text PDF. Users should review the original context and verify the presentation before sharing it. The service is independently operated and is not affiliated with Microsoft or the upstream open-source example library. Failed or rejected generation jobs return the generation allowance. The website includes sample PDFs and PPTX files so visitors can inspect the input and output before starting their own job.
