FAQ

Does PixTagger really use Getty's controlled vocabulary?

Yes. The Getty CSV export uses Getty's official whitelist of approved keywords, so your submission passes validation without invalid terms. The tool also flags anything outside the vocabulary in amber during review, and the live counter tracks how many of the allowed 50 keywords you've filled.

Can I upload videos in ProRes?

Yes. ProRes 422 HQ and other ProRes variants work directly. Because the video is read locally, there's no need to convert — and tagging the exact file you'll submit keeps the file name in your CSV matching your upload, which is required by DeepMeta and qHero.

How many files can I tag in one batch?

Each drop is capped at 100 photos or 30 videos, but you can keep dropping batches into the same review screen and they stack into a single combined CSV for export. Re-dropping a file already in the export is skipped, so you won't be charged twice.

Do my credits expire?

No. Credits are sold in one-time packs and stay on your account until you use them. There's no subscription to cancel and no recurring billing.

Is my work uploaded to PixTagger's servers?
