OurStoria is a white-label platform that lets wedding videographers upload finished films and photos, then share them with clients via branded, privacy-controlled galleries. It takes MP4 video files (original quality, no transcoding) and photo files as input, and produces streaming/downloadable galleries on the web, served via Cloudflare's CDN. The platform is built by a wedding videographer (the team behind OurStoria) and is available as a web-based service at ourstoria.app.

Annual billing saves approximately 17%. Safe Archive is an add-on: Standard (up to 30 GB) for $12/year per project, Plus (up to 60 GB) for $19/year per project.

Can I brand the galleries with my own logo and colors?

Yes. All plans let you add your logo, choose custom colors, fonts, and a personalized URL. Pro and Studio plans allow you to remove the "Created with OurStoria" footer and display your own copyright and social links.

Does OurStoria compress my video?

No — OurStoria streams and stores video exactly as you upload it. No transcoding, no compression. The file your clients download is bit-for-bit identical to what you exported from your editing software.

How long do gallery links stay active?

Galleries remain active as long as you have an active subscription. For archived projects, the link stays active for as long as you renew the archive (Standard $12/yr or Plus $19/yr).

Can clients download the video?

Yes. Clients can stream or download the original-quality MP4 file directly from the gallery. You control whether downloads are enabled per project.
