Linkflare is a universal bookmark manager that automatically enriches saved content with metadata, supports distraction-free reading, and works across all major platforms including iOS, Android, Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, and desktop via PWA.
Linkflare is a smart bookmarking tool that takes any URL or file (such as images) and turns it into a rich, searchable card with metadata specific to its type—recipes show cooking time and ingredients, movies show ratings and runtime, products show price and availability, and places show coordinates and reviews. It runs on all major browsers via extensions or bookmarklet, on mobile via native apps (iOS and Android), and on desktop as a progressive web app. It is developed by the Linkflare team, with servers hosted in the EU on 100% hydropower.
Users save bookmarks via browser extensions, mobile apps, or bookmarklet. Each saved URL is automatically processed: content type is detected, metadata is extracted from the page or external sources (e.g., IMDb for movies, Open Library for books), and a rich card is created. Users can then organize bookmarks into collections, add tags, set reminders, or apply automation rules. The system also offers a reading mode that strips distractions and stores content offline.
Linkflare operates on a freemium model. The free tier includes basic bookmarking and enrichment. Paid tiers (not specified on site) unlock advanced features like price tracking, automation rules, and expanded offline storage.
