DrawScheduleWorks

Calculators, estimates and draw schedules built for small construction contractors, and nobody else

Introduction

Work out the pour. Estimate the job. Bill the draw.

Construction software that does the arithmetic on the page from your own figures: the concrete calculator for the pour, the cost estimator from your own cost per square foot, and the schedule-of-values draw that works out the payment due with retainage held. Free, no account. Pro keeps every project and draw against the client.

Built for one trade, on purpose

DrawScheduleWorks has no takeoff engine, no Gantt board and no attorney-drafted subcontract, and it is not going to get them. Every field on every screen is there because a contractor working a job from the truck needs it.

Work out the pour. Estimate the job. Keep the record.
  • Cubic yards from the slab, with waste, at your supplier's price. Length times width times thickness over twelve is the cubic feet; over twenty-seven is the yards; your waste allowance on top is what to order; at the price on your last ticket it is the concrete line.
  • A schedule-of-values draw that works out what is due. Contract sum times percent complete less what was billed before is this period's work; stored materials on top; retainage held at your contract's rate; the current payment due last, with the balance to finish beside it.
  • Every project filed against the client. Estimates and draws file themselves against the client and the project, so the question about draw four has the pay application to hand. Everything exports.
The free tools

Every tool on this site works the job on the page, free, with no account and no trial clock. The free version is the whole calculation; the paid plan is about keeping what you make: estimates and draws saved against the client and the project, your logo, clean PDFs and export.

  • Construction calculator: Work out a concrete pour: slab length, width and thickness into cubic feet and yards, waste on top, the concrete at your supplier's price.
  • Construction cost estimator: Estimate a build from your own cost per square foot: the building, site work, contingency, overhead and profit, the estimate to the owner.
  • Schedule of values construction: Bill a draw against the schedule of values: work to date less previously billed, stored materials, retainage held, the current payment due.
DrawScheduleWorks Pro

The paperwork is free forever. Pro turns it into your record: your name and logo on it, no watermark, every estimate and draw filed against the client and the project, your rates remembered, and a clean export when the owner's lender or the accountant asks. DrawScheduleWorks Pro is $39 per month for your whole crew, billed monthly.
