Training matrix software: the matrix, the checklist and the record of who was trained, when and by whom
A training checklist sized to the role, a training matrix sized to your headcount and your courses, a 30 60 90 plan for the new starter and a dashboard that says how compliant the workforce is today and in ninety days. You type the headcount, the courses and the refresher periods; the sheet does the arithmetic in front of you and asks for nothing else.
Built for one job, and it shows in the fields
Inductvo has no course library, no video player and no quiz builder, and none of them is coming. Each field on the screen earns its place because a training record cannot be read without it: the person, the course, the date it was held, who signed it off, when it expires and when the refresher falls due.
The three things an inspector asks for, worked from the employer's own headcount and courses
- The checklist is sized to the role, not copied from a template. Mandatory courses, role-specific courses and equipment sign-offs give the items a new starter has to close before they work unsupervised, the hours it takes and what the quarter's starters cost in trainer time. Change the role and the checklist changes with it, which is when the number matters.
- The matrix says where the gaps are and how bad it gets in ninety days. Headcount times the courses required per person is the cells on the matrix; the share held in date is compliance today; the share expiring is compliance in ninety days if nothing is booked. It is the sum every safety manager does on a spreadsheet, and it is on one page with the sessions to book printed beside it.
- The record is per person, with the sign-off and the expiry on it. Who was trained, on what, when, by whom, and when it lapses. Pro keeps that against each person, reads the matrix and the dashboard from it, and reminds the site manager before a certificate expires, which is the difference between a record and a folder.
The free tools
Each sheet works from what the safety manager already knows: how many people, which courses, how long each takes, how often it must be refreshed. Type those in and the checklist, the matrix gaps, the plan hours and the compliance figure rework themselves as you go, with no sign-up standing between you and the number. What Pro adds is the record behind the sheet, one row per person per course, and the reminder before a holding lapses.
- Training checklist: Size the training checklist to the role: the items a new starter must close, the hours it takes and what the quarter's starters cost in trainer time.
- Safety training matrix builder: Size the training matrix to headcount and courses: the cells, the gaps, what is expiring, the sessions to book and compliance today and in ninety days.
- 30 60 90 training plan: The 30 60 90 training plan worked from the courses and sign-offs due at each milestone, the shadowing hours, and the share of the first month that is training.
- Training dashboard: The training dashboard from the record's own counts: compliance today, the gap, compliance in thirty days if nothing is booked, and what is overdue with no session booked.
