GaleoSelect is a gallery sharing and portfolio platform for photographers that replaces cumbersome ZIP file sharing with elegant, interactive client galleries.
What is GaleoSelect?
GaleoSelect is a web-based platform that lets photographers upload photos, videos, and audio files, then organize them into customizable galleries where clients can view, comment, and select their favorites. It serves as both a client delivery tool and a personal portfolio page to showcase work. The platform is developed by GaleoSelect (company name not disclosed on the page) and runs entirely in the browser with no software installation required.
Key Features
- Effortless Client Selection — Clients tap, comment, and approve photos directly inside the gallery, eliminating the need for "I like photo 47" emails. The selection is saved and accessible to the photographer.
- Custom Branding — Galleries can be branded with custom logos, colors, layouts, and password protection, making each gallery feel like an extension of the photographer's studio.
- Personal Portfolio Page — Every account includes a portfolio page with a custom URL, curated gallery covers, and a built-in contact form for potential clients to reach out.
- Multiple Layouts & Themes — Choose between magazine and classic layouts, and apply one of nine background themes (e.g., Charcoal, Sage) to match the shoot's aesthetic.
- Video & Music Support — Upload high-resolution videos and add background music to galleries, creating an immersive experience for clients.
- Analytics & Insights — See which photos receive the most engagement and when clients view the gallery, providing real data on what resonates.
- Password Protection — Each gallery can be password-protected for secure client access.
- Free Tier — Start with 5 GB of free storage, unlimited galleries, and a 60-second setup. No credit card required.
Who is it for?
- Wedding Photographers — Deliver entire wedding galleries with music and video, allowing the couple to relive the day and select favorites for albums.
- Portrait Studios — Share portrait sessions with families or individuals, who can easily pick their preferred shots without back-and-forth emails.
- Creative Photographers — Showcase a portfolio of best work in a professional, branded page that can be shared with potential clients as a single link.
