Free Productivity Calculator is a browser-based tool that measures your daily productivity by comparing productive time to total work time, then calculates your productivity rate, score, level, time lost, and tailored suggestions.
Free Productivity Calculator is a web app that helps you quantify how effectively you use your work or study time. You input total work time and productive time (in hours and minutes), and it outputs a productivity rate (0–100%), a corresponding score, a descriptive level (Very Low to Excellent), and the amount of time lost to non-productive activities. A second mode, Perfect End Time, estimates your finish time based on start time, billable minutes, productivity target, and unpaid breaks. The tool runs entirely in your browser with no signup required and is available in English.
The calculator uses two formulas. For Productivity Score: Productivity Rate = (Productive Time ÷ Total Work Time) × 100. For Perfect End Time: Total Time Worked = Billable Minutes ÷ (Productivity Target ÷ 100), then adds that duration to your start time. Optional unpaid breaks are subtracted from the total. All inputs are in hours and minutes; results update instantly.
Free. No signup, no payment required.
Divide your productive time by total work time, then multiply by 100. For example, 6 productive hours out of 8 equals a 75% productivity rate.
A score of 75–89 is considered Good; 90–100 is Excellent. Lower scores indicate opportunities to reduce distractions or low-value tasks.
Yes. Enter total study time as total work time and focused study time as productive time.
By default, no. If you enable “Remember my settings,” selected inputs are stored locally in your browser on that device only.
