Auto zoom activates when two or more clicks occur within a 3-second window. This avoids overwhelming zooms. You can later adjust zooms in the editor.
It records the desktop but automatically crops to the browser window. If you alt-tab to another app, the recording continues but follow-cursor zooms stop (you can add fixed zooms later in the editor). A desktop app for recording any application is planned for Q4 2025.
