What chat exports can I upload?
WhatsApp: the .zip or .txt that its own export produces. iMessage: a plain-text file you prepare yourself, because Clark does not ship an iMessage exporter yet. Any media inside a WhatsApp export is stripped in your browser, so photos, videos, and voice notes never reach Clark.
How many messages does Clark need?
More messages means a stronger signal. Under 300 messages a report is thin, and Clark shows you that before you pay. 300 to 1,500 is workable, 1,500 to 8,000 reads well, and past that Clark can see the whole arc.
How long does a report take?
About a minute for under a thousand messages, around three minutes for one to twenty thousand, and up to eight minutes for anything larger. You can close the page and Clark emails you when the report is ready.
Do I need an account?
