Do my guests need to install an app?

No. The guide opens in any browser (Safari, Chrome, etc.) — no download or account required. They simply scan the QR code or click the link.

How does auto-translation work?

When the guide is generated, Welkome translates it into all 6 selected languages simultaneously. The guest's browser language is detected automatically, and the correct version is displayed. Guests can also manually switch languages.

Can I edit the AI-generated guide?

Yes, each module (text, photos, links, contacts) is fully editable. Changes made in one language can be automatically suggested for the others, making it easy to keep all versions consistent.

What happens if I cancel my paid subscription?

You revert to the free Starter plan (1 property, 1 language, watermark). No guides are deleted — they remain accessible. You can reactivate a paid plan at any time.
