- Days a week times weeks of leave, pro rata for the months, less what is taken. Three days a week on the statutory 5.6 weeks is 16.8 days; nine months of the leave year makes it 12.6; four already taken leaves 8.6 to book. Every figure on the page, in the order the employee asks about them.
- What has accrued so far, and what is still there to take. Half the leave year gone is half the entitlement accrued; nine days taken off fourteen accrued leaves five to book today. The figure that answers a request in June without waiting for December.
- Every request and balance against the employee. Requests file themselves against the employee and the leave year, the balance updates as leave is taken, and the year-end reminder goes out before the untaken days are lost. Everything exports.
