Veltadoc is a bulk document generator that turns a single spreadsheet into hundreds of branded PDF documents in one batch. Instead of filling out invoices, payslips, certificates, or purchase orders one at a time, you upload a CSV or Excel file, match your columns to a template once, and generate every row as a properly formatted document. Everything comes back as a single ZIP file, ready to send.

The workflow is simple. Pick a template from over 100 designs across 14 document types, including invoices, payslips, certificates, purchase orders, quotations, receipts, and employment letters. Upload your spreadsheet and map your columns to the template fields. On the next run, that mapping is remembered, so a monthly batch that used to take an hour takes about thirty seconds. Rows that share the same document number, like multiple line items on one invoice, are automatically grouped into a single document instead of turning into separate files. Multi page documents keep their totals accurate across every page, and the signature only appears on the final page, the way a real signed document should look.

Branding is applied automatically. Your logo, colors, font, and signature get placed on every generated document without touching each file individually, so a batch of two hundred invoices looks consistent and professional without any manual formatting.

Veltadoc is built and maintained by a single developer, with essentially no budget. To keep infrastructure costs at zero, the actual PDF rendering runs on a personal computer at home, connected to the internet through a Cloudflare Tunnel so it stays available at all times. It has held up under load testing with hundreds of documents generating simultaneously, and has proven more reliable than the original serverless setup it replaced.

The free plan includes ten documents a month with a small watermark, no credit card required, so anyone can try the actual workflow before deciding if it fits their needs. The Pro plan removes the watermark and the monthly limit for twelve dollars a month, and adds saved column mappings and custom branding.
