Teacher Planner

Browser-based online planbook for teachers that imports timetables from photos or PDFs and drafts lesson plans, worksheets, quizzes, and feedback with AI.

Introduction

Teacher Planner is an online planner and AI toolkit for teachers. Import a timetable from a photo or PDF, organize lessons in day, week, month, unit timeline, and outline views, and move lessons forward when schedules change. Draft lesson plans, worksheets, quizzes, text adaptations, and writing feedback with AI, then review and edit them for your students. Print plans or save PDFs. A free plan includes one planbook, essential planning views, basic printing, and AI tools.

Planning workflow

Start with your teaching timetable. Teachers can import a photo or PDF of a timetable, review the result, and organize lessons around their classes. Day and week views help with immediate preparation, while month, unit timeline, and outline views provide different ways to review a sequence of lessons. When a class is postponed or a schedule changes, lessons can be moved forward instead of rewritten from scratch.

Classroom preparation

The AI tools help create editable drafts of lesson plans, worksheets, multiple-choice quizzes, rewritten passages, and writing feedback. Teachers provide the topic or source material, review the output, and adapt it to their students before classroom use. The planner brings preparation and scheduling together in a browser-based workspace.

Printing and access

Plans can be printed or saved as PDFs for use away from the screen. Teacher Planner offers a free plan for getting started, with optional paid plans for additional planning features. It is intended for teachers who want to organize lessons and prepare teaching materials without starting every document from a blank page.
