A daily companion for people managing chronic conditions

StoryNudge is a free daily habit tracker built for people managing chronic conditions. It started with a personal story: I had a stroke, and it took me two years just to relearn everyday things like ordering a coffee by myself. A year later, I was diagnosed with cancer. That experience taught me something — for some people, remembering to take a single dose of medicine on time can be a matter of life and death.
That's why I built StoryNudge. It's intentionally simple: reminders on your own phone so you never miss a dose, real-time updates on your care partner's phone so they know right away if you've taken your medicine (no more calling to check every time), and the option to invite one "Care Mate" to manage things together, even from far away. There's also a small community space where people managing similar conditions can share encouragement and experiences — you're not alone in this.
Track medication and daily routines, connect with a care partner through a simple 6-digit pairing code, and share your journey in a community that speaks your language. StoryNudge is currently available in four languages — Korean, English, Vietnamese, and Hindi — so more people managing chronic conditions can use it comfortably in their own language.
It's completely free, with no credit card required and no surprise charges later. I built this alone, mostly on nights and weekends, because I wanted something like this to exist for people going through what I went through. If it helps even one person feel a little less alone and a little safer each day, it was worth building.
