Snad is a cloud ERP platform that combines accounting, invoicing, sales, purchasing, inventory, point of sale, HR, asset management, bookings, and calendar/tasks into one Web-based subscription, sold with a free plan and a no-credit-card full-featured trial.
Snad is a browser-based enterprise resource planning system with nine apps running on a single database: Sales, Accounting, Inventory, Point of sale, Purchasing, Calendar and tasks, Human resources, Asset management, and Bookings. It targets more than 84 business activities such as restaurants, retail, wholesale, construction, medical, beauty, and professional services. A single sale creates the inventory deduction, journal entry, e-invoice with a QR code and digital signature, and updated reports at the same moment — no exports or month-end reconciliation.
You sign up and can issue the first invoice the same day — no implementation project, setup fee, or technical team. Each action follows a connected chain: a sale at the point of sale prints the invoice on any browser device, inventory is deducted immediately, the entry posts to the daybook, an e-invoice is issued with sequential numbering, and reports update right away. Data lives in one database, so there are no separate programs and no month-end reconciliation between modules.
Snad uses a freemium model with three tiers: Starter (free, 1 user, 3 apps), Basic ($39 per month, 3 users, 5 apps), and Pro ($99 per month, 5 users, all apps; removes the watermark and adds integrations with external applications such as Salla, Zid, and Bonat). Additional users cost $5 per user per month, and annual plans include 2 months free and can be paid in instalments. All nine apps are available on any plan — what differs is how many apps you activate at the same time.
Yes, there is a free Starter plan with one user and three apps. Paid plans start at Basic for $39 per month, and every plan includes a free trial that does not require a credit card.
Yes, Snad is fully cloud-based. You open it in a browser from anywhere on any device; there is no server in your office and no installation.
Tax configuration is part of Snad: you set the rate that fits your business and it applies to every invoice, shown separately from net sales in all reports. Choosing the correct legal rate remains with your accountant or tax adviser.
E-invoices from Snad include sequential numbering, a QR code, and a digital signature. The system can send the invoice to the customer automatically by email when it is approved.
