Repliq is a web-based tool that automatically drafts responses to Google Business Profile reviews using AI, letting businesses reply faster without losing their brand voice.
What is Repliq?
Repliq is a SaaS application that connects to a Google Business Profile via OAuth 2.0, imports all reviews, and generates a draft response for each review in the brand's tone. Users can review, edit, and manually publish drafts, or enable Autopilot to automatically publish responses that pass its safety filters. The product was launched on Product Hunt and is designed for local businesses, agencies, and multi-location teams (though each account currently supports only one location).
Key Features
- AI draft generation — Every synced review receives a draft response; in the Free plan you get 5 AI-generated replies per month, while Pro includes up to 500.
- Industry-specific tone adaptation — Repliq adjusts vocabulary and register for restaurants, dental clinics, hotels, auto repair shops, real estate, hair salons, and gyms, with sample responses shown for each sector.
- Autopilot with safety filters — Optional auto-publishing in the Pro plan; risky reviews (legal threats, sensitive language) are held for manual review, and all 1- and 2-star reviews are always retained for manual approval.
- Google Business Profile integration — Uses the official Google API with OAuth 2.0; no passwords are stored, tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, and access can be revoked at any time.
- Manual review and editing — Every draft can be edited before publishing, giving full control even in Autopilot mode (if you choose to review each one).
- Dashboard and analytics — Pro includes a dashboard with rating, sentiment, and reputation metrics.
- Import of existing reviews — Reviews that predate the connection are imported; unanswered ones can optionally receive AI drafts.
- No lock-in — Cancel in one click from the dashboard and keep access until the end of the paid period.
Who is it for?
- Local business owners — Manage Google reviews for a single location (restaurant, clinic, shop) without spending hours on manual replies.
- Marketing agencies — Handle review response for client businesses, using the Pro plan's Autopilot and dashboard to streamline workflows.
- Reputation managers — Monitor sentiment across reviews and publish consistent, on-brand responses while flagging delicate cases.
- Small teams with limited time — Automate the routine “thank you” replies and focus only on reviews that truly need human attention.
What can you do with Repliq?
- Restaurants: Reply to positive and negative reviews in a warm, food-focused tone, acknowledging wait-time complaints and inviting customers back.
- Dental clinics: Craft professional, reassuring responses that address wait times and treatment questions while maintaining patient trust.
- Hotels: Send polished responses about room cleanliness and breakfast variety, referring feedback to the restaurant team when needed.
- Auto repair shops: Acknowledge delays honestly and promise better estimates, all in a practical, direct voice.
How does Repliq work?

- Connect your Google Business Profile via a one-click OAuth flow through the official Google Business Profile API.
- After sync, each review gets an AI draft; review it, edit it, and publish manually, or activate Autopilot with safety filters for automatic publishing.
