Psynex is documentation software for psychotherapists, built around one workflow: record the session, get a usable note.
You record a session on your phone or laptop. Psynex transcribes it, optionally separating who said what, and drafts a structured clinical note from the transcript: a summary, the session content, and how the case is developing across sessions. Nothing is published without you. Every draft is editable, and you decide what goes into the record.
The rest of the practice sits around that. Patient records with full history, session versioning so earlier states stay traceable, full text search across everything you have written, handwriting OCR for older paper notes, an ICD-10 lookup, and an evidence search that cites its sources instead of asserting things. A writing assistant checks drafts for spelling and phrasing and shows every change as a diff, so nothing gets quietly rewritten behind your back.
Privacy is the part that took the longest. Psynex runs on EU infrastructure. Every user's data is encrypted with a key of their own, so an operator cannot read it. AI processing runs through EU endpoints with zero data retention, and a data processing agreement is available for practices that need one on file.
Psynex is used by practices in Germany today and is now available in English for therapists elsewhere in Europe. It sits alongside whatever practice management system you already use rather than replacing it. There is a free plan without a credit card, and paid plans start at 39 euros per month, with speaker separation included on the top tier.
