How does the calculation work?

The tool uses the relationship: Productivity % = Billable minutes ÷ Total time worked × 100. So for a given target, Total time worked = Billable minutes ÷ (Productivity % ÷ 100), and Perfect end time = Start time + Total time worked. For example, a start of 8:00 AM, 306 billable minutes, and an 85% target give 306 ÷ 0.85 = 360 minutes (6 hours), ending at 2:00 PM.
