A launch day comes and goes, but your product page stays. It gives people a place to understand what you built, meet the maker, leave votes and comments, and click through to your website.
Listing is free and does not require entering a competition. Paste your URL and MegaLaunch auto-fills your product details from your site's metadata, including the name, title, description and images. Free listings get a permanent page with a follow link to your website, screenshots and a launch video, and the "Featured on MegaLaunch" website badge. Free listings are published after a backlink check and a manual review, so every page in the directory has been looked at by a human before it goes live.
For makers who want a little friendly competition, there are daily battles. Each launch picks one of two camps, Builders or Shippers. The community votes throughout the UTC day, and the top product of each camp meets the other camp's champion in the next day's final, where votes start fresh. Winners earn badges such as Top 3 of the day, Camp champion and Product of the day, which can be displayed on your own website.
The rules are simple and fair. There is one valid vote per person per launch and there are no paid ranking advantages. Visibility can be bought through clearly labelled placements, but a win cannot. Payments never change votes, scores, eligibility or results. No pay-to-win. Ever.
