LaunchPact is a launch coordination network for founders preparing a Product Hunt launch. List your upcoming launch, discover what other makers are building, and commit to showing up for the launches you care about. When two founders commit to each other, a pact forms: a two-way agreement to be present on each other's launch day. LaunchPact tracks follow-through, so you know who actually shows up. Built by Ammar (@ammar_in_tech) at launchpact.io.
List at least four weeks before your launch date.
Freemium. The free Launch Package lets you list your product and form up to 10 pacts per launch. Activation costs $24 (launch discount), removing the pact cap and adding an indexed launch page plus the Launch Day Report. No subscription. Money-back guarantee.
How is this different from a launch group or vote ring? Vote rings run on obligation: everyone hits every link regardless of whether they looked at the product. LaunchPact is the opposite. You choose what to commit to, pacts exist only when both founders chose each other, and launch day is your judgment call. Nothing is bought, automated, or bot-driven.
Does this comply with Product Hunt's guidelines? Product Hunt encourages makers to rally the people who care about what they're building, and that's what LaunchPact organizes. What's prohibited - bought votes, bots, fake accounts, incentivized voting - is exactly what LaunchPact makes unnecessary.
What gets verified, and why? A screenshot confirming you were there on your partner's launch day. The reason is accountability: the common failure in launch communities is people agreeing to show up and then vanishing.
What is a trust score? Your reliability record across past pacts. Following through raises it; leaving partners hanging lowers it. Visible on every founder when browsing launches.
Can I join if I've never launched on Product Hunt? Yes, many members are first-time launchers. That's the position where knowing a few other founders makes the biggest difference.
