Ready-made sizes
Pick a size and you're done: Instagram post (1080 × 1080), Instagram portrait (1080 × 1350), Instagram story (1080 × 1920), YouTube thumbnail (1920 × 1080), profile picture, passport photo (35 × 45 mm) or a 2 × 2 inch photo. You can also type your own width and height in px, mm, cm or inches, or scale by percent or by the longest side.
Hit a file size
Many job, exam and government forms ask for "under 50 KB" or "under 100 KB". Set the limit and the tool finds the highest quality that still fits. If your picture already fits, it keeps the original instead of making it worse.
Edit before you save
