Distro is a B2B go-to-market platform that reads your website, then runs cold email, LinkedIn outreach and Google/AI-search content from one shared business profile.
What is Distro?
Distro takes a single input — your website URL — and returns a buyer profile, a LinkedIn prospect list, a personalized cold email sequence and a first blog article, all within about 15 minutes of pasting the link. Email is delivered through your connected Google Workspace account, and LinkedIn activity runs in your browser on your own account rather than a shared sender pool. It is a browser-based web app built by Distro (usedistro.com) that connects to Google Workspace, Gmail, LinkedIn, WordPress, Webflow, Google Search Console and HubSpot.
What makes Distro stand out?
- Website-to-plan onboarding — Distro reads your site to infer product, market, competitors, pricing and positioning, then builds a GTM plan naming target segments, message angles, channels and the searches you should own. No forms to fill in.
- Cold email with Google Workspace delivery — Per-prospect emails written from the recipient's role and company, sent through your own Google account with sending windows, a daily limit (default 40/day) and 4–9 minute delays.
- Auto-reply and booking — Switched on, Distro answers interested prospects in your voice and sends your booking link so meetings land on your calendar; sequences stop automatically when someone replies or books.
- LinkedIn intent signals — It watches your posts, competitors' posts and target company pages, scores commenters high/medium/low intent, and suggests an opening line based on the comment they actually left.
- Competitor watchlists — Track competitor pages; when their audience engages with a post about a problem you solve, those people surface on your prospect list.
- Content for Google and AI answers — Articles target questions buyers type into Google and ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude, then publish to your existing blog (WordPress, Webflow) on a schedule with internal links.
- MCP, API and webhooks — Use Distro inside Claude or ChatGPT via its MCP server (drafts only, nothing sends without you), read people, companies, lists, campaigns, conversations and content from the REST API, and receive a webhook when someone replies or accepts a connection.
- Approval-first automation — Drafts sit in a queue for approval unless you enable autopilot, and unsubscribes are honored automatically on every email.
What can you do with Distro?
- Founder-led teams: replace the outreach, follow-up and publishing a sales-and-marketing hire would do, without the hire.
- B2B SaaS and AI companies: reach finance, ops or technical decision-makers by email and LinkedIn while ranking for the searches that bring inbound buyers.
- Agencies and consultancies: fill the pipeline with right-sized clients and publish expertise that wins them.
- Professional services: build a repeatable client-acquisition channel that does not depend only on referrals.
How does Distro work?
- Paste your website URL; Distro reads your product, market, competitors, pricing and positioning.
- It builds a go-to-market plan: who to target, what to say, which channels run first, which searches to own.
- It executes — prospects found, emails sent, LinkedIn conversations started, articles published, follow-ups on time.
- Replies, objections, rankings and AI recommendations feed back into the plan each week.
Pricing
Distro runs a 3-day free trial covering every feature — strategy, cold email, LinkedIn, Google and AI search — with no credit card required. After day three you pick a plan or the account simply pauses, and Distro states there are no surprise charges. Single-plan pricing replaces the separate strategy, scraper, cold email, LinkedIn and content subscriptions it is positioned against.
FAQ
Is Distro free?
It is not free beyond the trial. Distro offers a 3-day free trial with every feature unlocked and no credit card on file; after day three you either choose a plan or your account pauses and you are never charged unless you subscribe.
Does Distro send email from my own address?
Yes. Cold email is delivered through your connected Google Workspace account, not a bulk sender, and LinkedIn runs in your browser on your own account. Distro applies sending windows, daily limits (default 40 emails and 15 LinkedIn invites) and delays to protect that account.
Do I need to supply a prospect list?
For LinkedIn, no — Distro builds the list from LinkedIn search and from post engagement. For cold email you import contacts as a CSV; built-in email lead sourcing is listed as coming soon.
Can Distro publish or send without my approval?
By default, drafts wait in an approval queue for email, LinkedIn and articles. You can switch on autopilot per campaign, and the Claude and ChatGPT integrations are drafts-only — nothing sends or publishes from an AI assistant.
Will Distro work for my business if it is not B2B?
Distro is built for businesses that sell to other businesses, where one new customer is worth a personal conversation. If a single customer is not worth that, the page states it is probably not the right fit.
