- Drop your clips in the upload panel inside the chat
- Claude looks at your footage first: contact sheets of frames, a transcript with timestamps, and the moments where something happens in long videos
- Ask for the video: Claude writes the timeline and Cut Express renders it
- Ask for changes and get the next version, with the timeline it was made from
