Dispatch software where your techs never install an app.

Most small field-service shops don't fail at dispatch because they lack software. They fail because the software built for fifty trucks is priced for fifty trucks — and because every tool that promises real-time job status asks their technicians to install an app, create a login, and get provisioned a seat. So the shop goes back to the group text, where job details end up buried under memes, two trucks land at the same address, and the customer's history lives in somebody's head.
CopyThat is dispatch and scheduling for shops running 2 to 10 trucks. One board, four texts.
You put jobs on the board — type them in, or import the spreadsheet you already have. Every job is a card: time window, customer, address, notes. You drag a job onto a tech's column and they get a text from your shop's dispatch number with the job, address and notes. They reply OTW to go en route, HERE on arrival, DONE to close it — and the next job goes out automatically. Anything else they text lands on the job as a note and stays in that customer's history.
The technician requirement is a phone that can receive a text. No smartphone, no app, no login, no data plan, no seat. That is the wedge, and it holds on a roof, in a crawlspace, in gloves, in bad signal.
What's included at every tier: the realtime dispatch board with drag-to-assign, the SMS tech workflow on one shop number, searchable customer and job history, job types with saved defaults, spreadsheet import and CSV export. Growth and Fleet add automatic customer ETA texts sent under your own shop's name.
What it deliberately doesn't do: invoicing, estimates, marketing, GPS fleet tracking. You already have invoicing that works. CopyThat does dispatch extremely well instead of eight things adequately — which is why a shop can set it up in an afternoon.
Pricing is flat: $49, $99 or $149 a month by tech count. No per-user charges, no SMS overage fees, no setup fee, no contract. Your data exports as CSV, uncapped, whenever you want it.
