You put jobs on the board — type them in, or import the spreadsheet you already have. Every job is a card: time window, customer, address, notes. You drag a job onto a tech's column and they get a text from your shop's dispatch number with the job, address and notes. They reply OTW to go en route, HERE on arrival, DONE to close it — and the next job goes out automatically. Anything else they text lands on the job as a note and stays in that customer's history.
The technician requirement is a phone that can receive a text. No smartphone, no app, no login, no data plan, no seat. That is the wedge, and it holds on a roof, in a crawlspace, in gloves, in bad signal.
