AI House Plan is an online AI floor plan generator powered by a conversational AI Design Agent. It transforms natural-language prompts, rough sketches, existing plans, room photos, and reference layouts into visual floor plan and architectural design concepts.
Instead of drawing every wall, door, room, and furniture item from a blank canvas, users can describe the space they need—including its approximate area, floor count, room requirements, entrances, adjacencies, circulation, furniture, labels, and preferred visual style. The Design Agent interprets these requirements, identifies important spatial constraints, makes practical assumptions when appropriate, and organizes the information into a clearer design direction before generating a concept.
The platform supports house floor plans, individual room layouts, apartments, studios, renovation ideas, restaurant floor plans, office floor plans, retail spaces, and other residential or commercial concepts. Users can generate technical-style 2D concepts, furnished 2.5D views, 3D isometric layouts, minimal presentation plans, interior design concepts, exterior redesign ideas, landscape concepts, and virtual furniture displays.
A hand-drawn sketch, site outline, current floor plan, room photo, or rough room distribution can be uploaded to guide the result. The Design Agent can analyze the reference, preserve important elements such as the existing shape, openings, room geometry, building massing, or camera perspective, and translate requested changes into a generation-ready design prompt.
Unlike a single prompt-to-image workflow, the AI Design Agent supports an ongoing design conversation. Users can ask it to clarify a vague idea, prepare a design brief, suggest layout priorities, generate a visual concept, or refine an earlier result. Instructions such as moving a room, widening a walkway, improving circulation, changing furniture, preserving the current structure, adding labels, or switching the presentation style can be carried forward across iterations.
For more complex requests, the Design Agent can organize the work into steps and apply specialized architectural and interior design knowledge when it would improve the result. This helps users consider practical topics such as room relationships, circulation, furniture placement, daylight, storage, customer and staff flow, materials, lighting, privacy, and outdoor use without requiring them to write a highly technical prompt.
AI House Plan is designed for homeowners, interior designers, architects, contractors, property professionals, restaurant owners, office planners, and anyone who needs to explore or communicate a spatial idea quickly. It can support early planning, renovation discussions, client presentations, creative briefs, style exploration, and visual communication.
The generated images are concept visuals rather than measured, permit-ready, code-compliant, engineering-approved, or construction-ready drawings. They provide a practical starting point for evaluating ideas and communicating design intent before working with qualified architects, designers, engineers, contractors, or local code professionals on final documents.
