Agendra is a Spanish website builder for self-employed professionals and small businesses that generates a complete trade-specific website with bookings, a product catalogue and a management panel included.

You choose your trade from a list of more than one hundred (fisioterapeuta, cerrajero, peluquería, clínica dental, alquiler de furgonetas, obrador, and so on), enter your business name and phone number, and Agendra assembles a website pre-filled with services and opening hours typical for that trade. Creating a site takes three steps: open an account with your business name, category and web address (about thirty seconds); set up services or products, prices, schedules, photos and contact details; then publish. On the homepage the flow is described as two steps — telling Agendra what you do, then choosing one of four designs and a colour while your own site is shown next to it.

Agendra is freemium with four plans, quoted excluding VAT and with no minimum contract. Prueba costs 0 € per month for one site without a custom domain and carries Agendra's signature in the footer. Profesional costs 29 € per month plus VAT for one site and one own domain. Estudio costs 150 € per month plus VAT for five sites and five domains, and Agencia costs 300 € per month plus VAT for ten sites and ten domains with phone support. You cancel from the panel and billing stops the following month.

FAQ

Is Agendra free?

Yes, the Prueba plan publishes your site at tunegocio.agendra.es with unlimited services, schedules and bookings, no card and no time limit. A custom domain and the ability to appear in Google require the paid Profesional plan at 29 € per month plus VAT.

Do I need technical knowledge?

No. You select your trade, type your business name and postcode, and the site is generated with that profession's services. Texts, photos and prices are edited from the panel, including from a mobile phone.

Can I use my own domain?

Only on paid plans. Free sites stay on the agendra.es subdomain and show Agendra's footer signature. Connecting your own domain from the panel is also what makes the site eligible to show up in Google and what enables Search Console.

How do I find out about bookings?

Every booking, order or message arrives by email immediately with the customer's details, and the same information sits in the panel alongside the calendar, so you can check it whenever you are free rather than answering the phone mid-job.
