WordPalette Generator is a free, browser-based brand system generator that turns a single word or uploaded image into a complete visual identity — palette, naming ideas, slogans, typography, design tokens, motion presets, logo prompt, and a compact brandbook — all processed locally without accounts or uploads.
WordPalette Generator is a client-side web app hosted on GitHub Pages. You give it a word (like "Momentum" or "Solace") or an image in PNG, JPG, or WEBP format, and it deterministically produces a color palette with hex, RGB, and HSL values, plus a whole brand system built around that palette. The tool is entirely free, runs in your browser, and never sends your data to a server — images "never leave your device."
The app walks you through nine steps: 1) enter a word or image to get a palette; 2) choose a harmony; 3) pick naming and slogan ideas; 4) select a font pairing; 5) review design tokens; 6) see motion presets; 7) view the living composition; 8) build a logo brief; 9) export the handoff. All processing is deterministic and local — the same input always generates the same system.
WordPalette Generator is free. There are no accounts, no API keys, and no backend — everything runs locally in your browser.
No. The image-to-palette step is entirely client-side. The page states images "never leave your device." No backend is used, so there is no server to receive files.
PNG, JPG, and WEBP. You can drag and drop a file or choose one from your device.
Yes. The same word or image always creates the same color palette and, consequently, the same suggested system. That makes it possible to come back to a specific word and get a repeatable result.
No. Everything runs in the browser, and saved palettes are "stored only in this browser." There are no sign-ups or user accounts.
Yes. The final handoff can be downloaded as JSON (including CSS variables and Figma tokens) or as a PNG composition. You can also copy individual snippets (CSS, Tailwind, etc.) along the way.
