The problem with in-game shard timing
A Shard Eruption in Sky: Children of the Light drops a crystal shard into one of five realms — Daylight Prairie, Hidden Forest, Valley of Triumph, Golden Wasteland or Vault of Knowledge — and cracks open the ground around it. Dive in, grab pieces before it disappears, and you get Wax or Ascended Candles.
The catch is knowing when and where. In game, the only signal is a warning sign at the realm gate, which you only see if you are already standing there. Black shards and red shards reward differently, and red shard windows are the ones you do not want to miss. Players end up flying between realms on guesswork or keeping a community spreadsheet open on a second screen.
What Sky Shard does
Live countdown. A running timer to the next eruption, not a static schedule you have to cross-reference against your timezone.
Which realm. The specific realm and the specific area inside it, so you land in the right place instead of searching.
Which type. Black shard or red shard, shown before it starts, so you can decide whether this one is worth the trip.
Today's full schedule. Every eruption for the day at a glance, for planning a session rather than reacting to one.
