Serenido is a set of free tools for people with ADHD and for parents of kids with ADHD. Every tool works in the browser on the first tap. No account, no email, and nothing is sent to a server: your lists stay on your own device.
Tools for everyday ADHD life: Task Breakdown (turns one big job into tiny steps, with a focus mode), Visual Focus Timer, Brain Dump and Sort, Dopamine Menu Builder, Forgotten Subscription Finder and the ADHD Tax Calculator.
Tools for parents: an IEP Deadline Clock with state rules, a Special Education Complaint Router for all 50 states, an IEP Service Minutes Calculator, and an EHCP Provision Checker for families in England.
Built by a designer with ADHD who wanted tools that do not need a setup before they help.
How it works: open a tool and it is ready. Task Breakdown has eight starter templates (kitchen, laundry, email, taxes and more), so you never face a blank page, and a Focus Mode that dims every step except the next one. The Dopamine Menu serves you one easy idea when you are stuck, filtered by time, energy or screen-free. The Focus Timer shows time as a shrinking colour, which helps with time blindness. The parent tools turn federal and state special education rules into real dates, a calendar reminder and a ready-to-send letter, and each one names the exact regulation it uses.
Privacy: there are no tracking cookies and no accounts. Everything you type is saved in your own browser only, so you can close the tab and come back later. Serenido also offers free printables and undated workbooks for people who prefer paper.
