QROVA is a German web app for small businesses, freelancers and agencies. It combines dynamic QR codes with scan statistics and simple bookkeeping for small businesses under § 19 UStG.
QR codes
13 types (URL, WhatsApp, vCard, Wi-Fi, PDF, Google review, EPC/GiroCode payment and more). Change the destination at any time without reprinting, and pause codes. Statistics: scans, unique scans, country, city, device, OS, browser and UTM campaign; bots are filtered out.
For agencies
Client folders (5 included in the Agency plan) and a report link per client: a statistics page without login and without QROVA branding that can be revoked at any time.
Bookkeeping
Invoices according to § 14 UStG with EPC payment QR, quotes, expenses and receipts, cash book, EÜR, ELSTER and DATEV export, SKR03/SKR04, read-only bank connection and payment reminders. AI receipt recognition for receipt photos: amount, date and supplier are suggested, you check and save.
Data protection
GDPR-friendly: EU hosting (Frankfurt), hashed IPs, no cookies on scan, DPA (Art. 28 GDPR) included.

Typical use cases
Restaurants and cafes put menu and Google review QR codes on their tables. Shops and craftsmen print codes on flyers, posters and business cards and change the target later without reprinting. Freelancers send invoices with an EPC payment QR code that customers scan in their banking app. The interface is available in German, English, Russian and Ukrainian.
