You upload a case file of any size and format: scanned PDFs, handwriting, typed records and native DICOM imaging. The platform reads about 100 pages a minute, removes exact duplicates, sorts by provider and date, flags missing visits and co-mingled pages, and drafts the work product: medical chronologies, narrative summaries, billing ledgers, deposition summaries and IME or QME report drafts built on your own templates.

Every line links to the page or image slice it came from, so a reviewer can check it in 1 click. The software flags uncertain dates and missing records instead of guessing. It reads scans, photos and handwriting, and supports native DICOM imaging review with the relevant image slice cited in the output.

Pricing starts at 10 cents per deduplicated page and drops to 5 cents with volume. Duplicates are never billed. There are no seats, no subscription and no minimum. Medrecords AI states SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance, signs a BAA at signup, and does not train models on customer records.
