Kundali GPT (kundaligpt.ai) is a free AI-powered Vedic astrology site. Quick rundown:
What it does
Generates a full janam kundli (birth chart) from your date, time, and place of birth — all nine grahas, lagna (ascendant), nakshatra, Vimshottari dasha, and dosha checks (Mangal, Kaal Sarp, Sade Sati, Pitra, etc.). Uses real astronomical calculations (VSOP87/ELP planetary theory, Lahiri ayanamsa) rather than having an AI guess planetary positions — the chart is computed first, then an AI model interprets it and answers follow-up questions in plain language. Offers 39 free calculators covering nakshatra, moon/sun sign, dosha checks, dasha/transits, kundli matching (guna milan), divisional charts, numerology, gemstones, and even a yes/no tarot tool. Has a kundli-matching feature for compatibility (guna milan, Manglik matching, Porutham, etc.).
Positioning
Explicitly not affiliated with OpenAI/ChatGPT — "GPT" is used as shorthand, not a partnership claim. Claims to be free, ad-free, with no paid reports/gemstone upsells, and says it doesn't store birth data. The AI chat is free for 3 questions/day (10 if signed in). Positions itself against both generic chatbots (which "can't actually compute a chart") and typical kundli sites (often ad-heavy/paywalled).
Caveat worth noting: it's a self-description from the site's own marketing copy — I haven't independently verified the accuracy claims
