FAQ
Do I need an account to write a letter?
No. You can write and preview a letter without signing up. If you pay, the letter is linked to the email address used at checkout so you can return later to check whether it was opened.
Will the recipient know the letter is from me?
Only if you sign it. Leaving the name field empty signs the letter "Your secret admirer," and Crush on You never shows your email address to the person you write to.
What happens to a free letter after 7 days?
The link stops working and shows a short "this letter has expired" page, and free letters keep a small "made with Crush on You" badge. Paid letters never expire and carry no badge.
Is my letter private?
Letters are reachable only through a long random link, search engines are instructed not to index them, and what you write is encrypted in the database. You can delete a letter at any time.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Ask within 14 days of paying and Crush on You refunds the amount in full, as described in the refund policy.
